UCWAX 110A is a polyethylene wax with moderate molecular weight and relatively linear structure that delays plasticization during PVC product processing, controls surface precipitation, and improves mold release performance. It can improve the fluidity, lubricity, and dispersion of pigments and fillers of plastics and masterbatches. It has a high crystallinity, and can achieve moderate external lubricity and improve gloss in the production of PVC products.
